MAPALU company has been on the market since 2013. We offer a comprehensive production of elements and constructions made of steel, brass or aluminum. We have a modern production department, which includes CNC equipment. In our offer the following services are available:
laser cutting, press brake bending, milling, turning, bandsaw cutting, shot blasting, welding and powder coating.
Our priority is a high quality and an individual approach in each project we are involved. Depending on manufacturing practice build to order, we realize unconventional and innovative ideas, respecting needs and expectations of individual or corporate clients.
Since the beginning of the company we have been implementing projects related to the shipbuilding industry. In 2018 MAPALU created the Research and Development (R&D) Department, a part of the company dedicated to the market research and the development of new services and products. Intensive work of experienced engineers and the highest quality of our equipment resulted in two innovative patent applications on an international scale.
In 2020, we implemented an international standard for creating, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Management System for company – ISO 9001:2015.

This makes this cutting method more advantageous in compare with other alternative techniques.

CNC Laser Cutting – Baykal fiber BLE-PRO 1530
We offer fiber laser cutting services using a laser with a working area of
3000 x 1500 mm. The use of the laser ensures the highest quality final result.
The CNC technology and techniques of cutting we use allow us to avoid
additional processing of the edges of the cut metal parts, then the production
process is faster and does not generate additional costs.
Maximum sheet thickness:
- Carbon steel: up to 20 mm
- Stainless steel and aluminium: up to 12 mm
- Brass: up to 5 mm
